@sparcipx@mastodon.sdf.org I have done this sort of thing before. Also, in college, I had my Commodore Amiga with a sound sampler constantly hooked up to the audio from my TV just in case I needed to capture something from whatever was on :)

Stayed up til 4am playing the new Fortuna stuff in Warframe. It's got everything: Space ninjas, kick-flips off mountains on hoverboards, giant robo-spiders, blue collar workers with machine heads, fishing for mech-fish.
Not a hardcore player by any means but I'm always impressed by what they do with that gorgeous mess of a game. This latest stuff feels more polished and MMO-ish than I'm used to, it's nice.
I feel a little cheated that we never had Teletext in the US when & where I was growing up. Closest I got to was that Information Society CD-G that I never had the hardware to play.
