There is a time, most weekdays, when this perfect ray of sunlight spears me in the eye through a gap in my window blinds. I call this quittin' time.
It makes a sound like beyooooommmmmmmm https://youtu.be/gFDM7JGHGYo?t=216
@onan Yeah, I'm mildly jealous that they have a working Tempest machine and mine's a project that worked for 4 hours out of 5 years I've owned it :)
So I watched a documentary on Hulu about bourbon called "Neat"
Now I'm looking at kitchen smoke infusers to make fancy smoked old fashioneds.
They all look like bongs and vapes for weed, but not as nice.
@es2600fm@cybre.space extremely same.
like they heard we didn't like multiplayer in mass effect so they took away the mass effect
@es2600fm@cybre.space The novel Annihilation was pretty good to fill in some gape and I like the author Cat M. Valente in general - but I wanted, like, you know, a video game.
I'm also way more a space opera nerd than a fantasy nerd, so I'll probably miss DA4 until it's like $4 in the bargain bin
@gnomon That Breville looks kind of like the least worst, but then I haven't actually tried any yet
@bvtsang@icosahedron.website I have absolutely no idea. There's like a whole dictionary of jargon in Scientology that's like the tech industry but even more entirely BS
@bvtsang@icosahedron.website That works for, like, beer or cocktails... for Scientology, I'd guess it means something like the ability to endure long psychological auditing sessions being asked probing questions about your memories
@bvtsang@icosahedron.website it sounds absolutely delightful / dreadful
@mdhughes I would not be surprised if there's cocaine in that PSL
@mdhughes Yeah, if I recall, there was some drug detox program I was invited to after my communications course. Which was funny because at that age I had just barely discovered coffee and I think my Dad had given me a sip of beer earlier that summer.
