Just turned 10 onions into pudding-- er I mean soup-- this afternoon. Should have taken more pictures, this was like a 2 foot high pile of onions before reducing. Used a food processor to slice, this time!

Also just realized that this MiSTer can mount my game ROMs from a shared drive, so that's pretty keen and saves on a lot of copying to a lil SD card
