For lunch, I just had this madras lentil soup packet from Trader Joe’s and a hotdog left over from Monday. Now I wish there was a food truck that did Detroit-style Coney Dogs but with dal instead of chili

I know this thought is an abomination along several axes. But it kind of has that feel of “Go Off Alone & Partake Joyously of a Hot Dog on a Friday”
