Not quite 2 years ago, my wife decided she wanted to be an accountant (the money kind). Today she just passed the last section of her main CPA exams and she starts a new job in the fall.

Last time she did a thing like this, it was grad school for a Masters in library & info science. Had an almost a decade-long career as an archivist til that proved to be a not-so-great fit.

My wife is a got-dang force of nature. I'm so glad we're on the same team.

My random novelty seeking brain had me shopping for little handheld emulation consoles on Amazon over lunch. Meanwhile there's a fully-charged Nintendo 3DS within arm's reach, already hacked and loaded with emulators.
