Hmm, I was just thinking I should take the tweets off my “about me” page and get toots displaying again. I guess they just accelerated my timeline for that by deciding to charge for the Twitter API (wtf?)

@sam FWIW, I've played with this sort of thing - i.e. piping the streaming API for my home feed into a SQLite DB for personal search. I've been told this is objectionable.
But maybe if you're not storing for later search and filtering now for immediate visibility, that hits differently?
