@KitRedgrave Oh, just a running joke that pretty much every other social bookmarking service that has tried to compete with pinboard has ended up failing.

Also pinboard bought del.icio.us for a pittance, when that used to be one of the biggest services around when Yahoo! bought it

It's also funny that because I've had a pinboard account from before it was even public, my join date is basically null

@eli_oat Oh, are you trying to get an export of archived stuff? I managed to get my plain old JSON / XML dump out, but I never much used the archiving feature

@NuSkooler This is pretty dang neat stuff!

@theresnotime the flaw in this posting it that it doesn’t expect the engineer not to talk to the AI, which will of course know how to convince the engineer not to throw the killswitch

Gotta airgap that human from the cognitohazard

@eevee i use a CPAP at night and our Cheddars knows how to turn it off to wake me up to feed her

@nellshamrell just consider it a sound baffling feature

@BlackAzizAnansi Everything's fine, man, I don't know what you're talking about πŸ˜…

@drwho @eevee (googles mollyguard) Oh! I didn't know that was the term for that thing!

re: workshit

@rhosyn let's put a pin in that and circle back with the relevant stakeholders on the product ask for a workflow covenant when we next touch base about the people plan

(i think i just gave myself a nosebleed stringing those words together)

@cwebber fake it til the existential horror fades, amirite

@cwebber (but also you're great, actually)

@craigmaloney @cwebber (cackles evilly)

(wait did i cackle too loud was that annoying :oh_no:)

@mhoye@mastodon.social I never seen so many bleeding aerials. I bet your equipment could pinpoint a purr at four hundred yards!
