I really do wonder sometimes how folks in charge choose tools for organizations when the individual contributors using the tools have to cobble together rube goldberg machine processes to even use those tools.
If a company-wide feedback tool is so broken that the recommended reliable way of using it is to copy & paste everything into a google doc first before authoring feedback... like, what's the point of the thing?
Maybe it has really decent aggregate reporting for management, at least? Albeit, at the cost of wasting everyone else's time?
