Just finished Picard season 3 - that was actually pretty good. Wasn't a big fan of the first two seasons, they could have just done this single season and I'd've been happier.

I'm a big fan of post-therapy Worf. Also I particularly appreciated the revised go at closure for Data and Lore. The first two deaths of Data were bogus & cheap, in my mind anyway.

Like, it doesn't help that 12-year-old me identified pretty closely with Data. But, Nemesis was a cruddy Star Trek movie that didn't deserve to kill off any character, let alone Data. And then, Picard season 1 was like, hey we resurrected Data and oh hey he wants to die again so 🤷‍♂️

At least in season 3, he got to age and grow and integrate with Lore to become something more. (also glad they convinced Brent Spiner to give Data one more spin)

@maddiefuzz @j4yc33 @thegibson @republic2809 I have a Super Serial card in my Apple IIe, and it works well with a Wifi232 widget or a serial-to-USB cable to a RasPi. I've only tried "dialing" out so far, though, haven't tried running anything that answers

@schieving It did seem like sort of 2 separate seasons with a weird linkage in the middle. But, I think they managed to pull off a good ending, even if it does end up being fairly obvious TNG fan pandering

Oh noes! I was dragging my heels on allowing Zelda ToTK to get updated on my Switch because I’m a dirty cheater exploiting an item dupe bug, but then “corrupted data” was detected and they forced an upgrade to repair 😔

Guess I’ll just have to dry my tears on my 100 diamonds and 25,000 rupees, and hope my 700 zonaite manages to feed my habit of autobuilding really stupid robots
