I saw someone wearing a shirt that I thought said "TEST YOUR FUCKUPS"
but the word was "BACKUPS"
I mean, it was close?
Thinking I might try another workbench stream in an hour or so. Mostly chiptunes and bungling my way though RC2014 assembly.
Might have the performance issues worked out on my laptop, so hopefully the frame rate keeps up in OBS!
Seeing more gaming channels talking about the Nintendo Switch 2 coming out in the next year.
This is kinda exciting to me, because Nintendo discontinuing the original is when I plan to jailbreak my Switch for all kinds of fun
Like, I could have gotten into jailbreaking / modchipping the Switch now.
But, I've only got one Switch and I wanted it (and my Online account) to keep working.
So, I figured I'd wait until Nintendo moved on from it and I inevitably bought the next console.
@grmpyprogrammer Well, you can of course sail the seas and pirate yourself some games.
But, the more interesting thing IMO is making backups of game saves and doing digital installs of games I have only on physical carts. Game mods and cheats are fun to play with too
Also, some homebrew fun and pointless things like getting a linux running
@corbin I wish they'd do Apple-style keynotes presenting the molecular structure of the new booster
Firing up the workbench stream on Twitch. More RC2014 assembly mistakes. Hoping the laptop performs acceptably!
Laptop performed a whole lot better for this workbench stream.
On the other hand, it was a thoroughly unexciting stream of me soldering a few hundred pins for the RC2014 backplane bus
