This video also reminds me when I got one of those 2lb Jameco grab bags of random electronic crap and sorted it into piles on a live stream. Lots of semi-useless junk, but lots of handy stuff for about US$15
Tempted to get another one, since they're doing 3lbs for US$20
Tons of LEDs, ICs, and misc other components. Oddities like connectors I'd never seen before. I think the weight in mine was kind of padded out with mysterious power brick not marked with voltages.
