I almost can't believe Jim Henson's Labyrinth (1986) was so critically panned. I was 11 when it came out and that Henson / Froud / Bowie combo was FORMATIVE for me when I saw it in the theater (I don't think I was supposed to see it)
I'm mostly over Marvel Cinematic Universe movies, but just finished watching The Marvels (2023).
I'm really surprised that didn't do better? IMO, it was pretty much as good as it gets in the MCU. And they had a Bollywood Dance Planet and tentacle cats along with the glowy-fist punchy bits
@anca yeah sometimes I think I’m more of a Kamala Khan fan than the general audience, but I liked her in the comics too!
