With the completion of the ritual cleansing, I am left hollow with perhaps only my name remaining in my possession.

It is time to see the seers.

I have seen the seers and been through the trance of oblivion. They say I did well while my depths were plumbed. Several potential adversaries revealed and exiled.

I awaken. And i hunger.

Alright, think I’m gonna have a beer and a real big salad. With nuts and creamy dressing. Definitely no more lime jello.

(oh but maybe the beer is ginger or root, since they told me no booze today 😔)

As a post-script, the thought had occurred to me to mix the prep medication with Malört to improve the flavor. But, again, abstention from booze was advised.

Jeppson's Malört has a reputation of being a disgustingly bitter dare drink. (but a weird secret is I'm kind of fond of it, really, and sip a shot of it occasionally)

Oh and p.p.s. they gave me grippy socks with paws on them, which delighted me more than was probably generally warranted
