@zcampau I've got a rough schedule of 3-5pm EST M/W/F streaming work projects. But, I'm thinking about a schedule for later evening (around 11pm) streams on side projects.
@ed_packet @zcampau I should do that... I think Twitch has a built-in calendar with an .ical feed. Part of the issue is that I've been tentative and non-committal about my streaming :)
@zcampau @ed_packet Yeah, part of what I want to do is add some more interactivity.
I've seen some coding streamers with channel features like letting viewers click on the video to highlight lines of code & etc. Also hoping doing more with Glitch means someone can hop into the project I'm playing with more immediately.
Also seems like coding streamers tend to get a range of 10-50 viewers except for some big outliers. Can also deputize some folks to help moderate the channel.
@zcampau @ed_packet Depending on what I do with Glitch, I think I can invite folks to kind of "pair program" as contributors on the same live project

Starting to get in the habit of logging out of Facebook and Twitter when I'm done checking them for the week. For whatever good that does.
Though, to be honest, my Twitter-checking is still daily. But, right now, Tusky is the only social media app actually installed on my phone
@darius I also love how it seems like most CMS packages out in the media world seem to be unable to edit the URL, page title, and on-page article slug all at the same time. So we get like three versions of titles they tried for it

For years, I've kind of ~rebranded~ myself on the computer from "deusx" & "0xDECAFBAD" to "LMOrchard" because I thought something closer to my real name would be more ~authentic~
Now I'm wondering going back to a psuedonym might feel better.
On the other hand, I know I'm not the only person in the "decafbad" namespace...
Of course, I also stopped going by "deusx" in most places because I got tired of people asking me if I really liked Warren Spector's circa 2000 game Deus Ex.
(i do but i came up with that pretentious name after finding it in a dictionary in jr high in the 80s so i felt my hipness was not being respected.)

Huh. Silicon Dust appears to have just released a streaming TV service while I'm looking for a new one to try. I also use one of their HDHomeRun boxes to DVR shows from an antenna in my attic. Seems like I'm directly in their target market :)
