@amy I've seen folks maintain separate accounts, I've seen folks re-toot their other account from a different instance, it's all kind of to whether/if the local instance community hangs out with you in a satisfying way I guess?
@amy As far as I've seen over a few years now, very few servers seem to be strict about topic or theme - unless maybe they're specifically devoted to role-playing characters or something.
Most places seem to just expect a certain vibe or whatever. And I'd say though there's a small confusion cost to migrating servers, you don't have to feel stuck on any particular one forever
