@giflian FWIW, we have a pair of Tern HSD P9 e-bikes. I just broke over 1000 miles on one of them. Been pretty happy with it for rides around the city here in PDX and occasional grocery runs

Just had a dude leave me a series of increasingly angry voicemails that he was trying to get through to his friend and why did I keep answering his friend’s number?

I’ve only had this number for about 20 years, so I guess a mistake on his part is out of the question?

Heh, just got one more message where the dude was like "Call me back, right now, and explain why I keep getting you"

Like, sir, this is not a customer service line and you will not be speaking to my manager, wtf?

@giflian Yeah, be sure to take a test ride!

Also, I will say that the one problem I've had is occasionally the chain gets caught up in the chain guard. Might be user error in how I'm shifting, but worth paying attention to.

Also also worth looking at other Tern bikes if you have different uses in mind or want something less heavy / more portable or foldable.

@giflian Yeah, we used the built-in stand on our Terns for awhile, to squirrel them away in the entry way of our old house. It's a pretty legit feature!
