It's been almost a full month since I sent Seagate HDD 3 of 4 back for an RMA and no response so far.
Was feeling growing dread that I'd need to navigate their labyrinth of customer service channels - when just 10 minutes ago, I got a a freight order and a tracking number for a replacement drive. 😌
Now here's hope 🤞 that drive 4 of 4 holds out awhile longer?
