@astatide Yeah, looks like part of the effort behind mozilla.social is moving to Elk as the main front-end rather than what comes out-of-box from Mastodon

@ploum @pluralistic It was kinda neat when my login session cookies for Twitter all expired and I never bothered signing back in.
The site's just all kinds of broken now and not worth visiting, mostly just annoying when someone links there or tries embedding a tweet from there.

Random thought: I was mildly disappointed that the @fediforum site didn't use a marquee tag for the horizontal scroll of "We're expecting demos from..."
(then again, alas, marquee is deprecated)
@fediforum All true! Also, for what it's worth, I tried a marquee tag in the site via dev tools and the CSS animation looks a lot nicer 😅
